Your account

Membership uses an email address, password and public display name. Confirm your email before participating. Your email is used for account confirmation and recovery; it is not shown with comments. Signing up does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Public discussion

Comments and display names are public. Avoid sharing personal contact details or confidential information. Keep contributions civil, relevant and supported by evidence. Members can withdraw their own comments; editors may hide contributions that breach these guidelines.

The AI guide

The guide uses the published article as context. Your question and the article are sent through Netlify’s AI Gateway to OpenAI to generate an answer. Do not include sensitive personal information. Answers can be mistaken; check the linked sources. AI answers are separate from the journal’s editorial content. The journal does not store your questions or answers in its discussion database.

Contributions for review

The separate submission page collects your name, email, contribution and any files or links you provide. Netlify stores these submissions for editorial review. They are not published automatically. Your contact details are used to discuss the submission, and you can request withdrawal through our contact email.

Storage and requests

Netlify provides account authentication, hosting and discussion storage. Account sessions use cookies. Comments are retained while published; withdrawn comments are no longer displayed. For account deletion or other privacy requests, contact aforumnetwork@gmail.com.
